Looking for a hands-on way to serve? This team helps maintain the church grounds and buildings.
Members and friends work together or individually on a variety of projects to maintain church buildings and grounds. Volunteers keep fellowship hall gutters and scuppers cleared of debris, repair toilets, scrap and paint, and clean areas not covered by our sexton. We also meet with contractors on larger projects to obtain estimates for board or congregational approval. In addition, volunteers weed, prune and refresh plantings. At least twice a year, the committee coordinates Saturday morning all-members and friends work days to spruce up our interior spaces and lend a hand to whatever grounds work is needed. If you are new to our congregation, this is a great way to get to know folks better. We have jobs for all abilities and ages.
