The Committee on Ministry meets with the Minister to give attention to all aspects of the congregation’s ministry.
The Committee on Ministry (COM) serves to ensure the health of the congregation. The COM consists of 3 members serving 3 year terms, staggered.

Vacant due to family emergency – March 2025
Each year, when it is time to select a new member (or members if there is a vacancy), the COM and Minister meet to discuss their recommendations for the position(s). Once determined, their recommendation goes before the Board of Trustees for affirmation. If affirmed, the recommendation is presented to the congregation at the time of the Annual Meeting, with Board affirmation attached. The congregation votes to approve the new member(s) of the COM during the course of the Election of Officers.
